What lands in your account, after tax. A rough figure is fine. Say so under how often if a contract is ending, or parental leave or retirement is coming up: a lender has to be satisfied you can afford the repayments for the whole term.

Say so if it is messy. It narrows the lender list rather than ending the conversation.
