This website is operated by NZ Credit Solutions Limited. Using it means accepting these terms.

We arrange finance, we do not lend

NZ Credit Solutions is a finance broker. We do not lend money ourselves. Every loan is provided by a third party lender under that lender's own contract, and approval, interest rates, fees and conditions are set by them, not by us. Lending criteria, terms and fees apply to every facility.

The information on this site is general in nature. It does not take your circumstances into account, and it is not an offer of credit or a recommendation that a particular product suits you.

The repayment calculator

The calculator is a guide. It uses an indicative interest rate and an indicative establishment fee, and it assumes a straightforward amortising loan with equal payments. The rate you are actually offered depends on your credit file, the asset, the term and the lender, and your contract may include fees the calculator does not model. Do not rely on it as a quote. The only reliable figures are the ones in a written offer.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on it is free of error at every moment. Where something here conflicts with a document a lender gives you, the lender's document is the one that governs your loan.

Where we link to another website, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The content, layout and code of this site belong to NZ Credit Solutions Limited or to its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it for a commercial purpose without written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

New Zealand law applies, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction.
